Director dealings: i3 Energy CEO ups stake
(Sharecast News) - i3 Energy revealed on Friday that chief executive Majid Shafiq had acquired 337,291 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed oil and gas company. Majid, who joined i3's board in 2017, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 10.08p each, for a total value of £33,998.93.
Following the transaction, Shafiq now has a total beneficial interest of 9.87m ordinary i3 Shares, representing 0.82% of the company's issued share capital
As of 1550 GMT, i3 shares were up 1.44% at 10.14p.
