Director dealings: Hollywood Bowl CEO's wife offloads shares
(Sharecast News) - Hollywood Bowl revealed on Monday that Abigail Ashby-Burns had disposed of 158,472 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed ten-pin bowling and mini-golf business. Ashby-Burns, the wife of chief executive Stephen Burns, sold the shares on Friday at an average price of £2.59 each, for a total value of £411,012.98.
Following the transaction, Stephen Burns holds a beneficial interest in 3.23m ordinary Hollywood Bowl shares.
As of 1540 GMT, Hollywood Bowl shares were up 1.90% at 265.95p.
