Director dealings: Hilton Food chairman offloads shares
(Sharecast News) - Hilton Food Group revealed on Thursday that chairman Robert Watson had disposed of 14,747 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed food packaging business. Watson, who joined Hilton Food as CEO back in 2002, sold the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 875.50p each, for a total value of £129,109.99.
As of 1650 BST, Hilton Food shares were up 0.12% at 869.0p.
