(Sharecast News) - Highcroft Investment revealed on Thursday that non-executive director David Warlow had acquired 12,200 ordinary shares in the London-listed real estate investment trust.
Warlow, who picked up the shares via his interest in Kingerlee Homes, purchased the shares at an average price of 995.0p each, for a total value of £121,390.
Following the purchase, Kingerlee now holds a total of 411,293 ordinary shares in the group, representing 7.92% of Highcroft's issued share capital.
As of 1600 GMT, Highcroft shares were up 0.65% at 936.0p.
