Director dealings: Gooch & Housego CFO raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Gooch & Housego revealed on Tuesday that chief financial officer Chris Jewell had acquired 4,437 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed photonic components and systems manufacturer. Jewell, who took over as CFO in September 2019, purchased the shares at an average price of 516.0p, for a total value of £22,894.92.
Following the transaction, Jewell has an interest in 5,715 ordinary G&H shares, representing 0.02% of the company's total issued share capital.
As of 1615 GMT, GHH shares were up 1.17% at 520.0p.
