Director dealings: Gelion founder ups stake
(Sharecast News) - Gelion revealed on Friday that non-executive director Thomas Maschmeyer had acquired 565,500 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed battery group. Maschmeyer, who founded Gelion, purchased the shares at an average price of 24.0p each, for a total value of £135,000.
Following the transaction, Maschmeyer has a beneficial holding in 17.3m ordinary Gelion shares, representing 15.46% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1625 GMT, Gelion shares were down 1.41% at 24.40p.
