Director dealings: Filtronic chairman ups stake
(Sharecast News) - Filtronic revealed on Friday that chairman Jonathan Neale had acquired 65,281 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed subsystems designer. Neale, formerly of McLaren Group, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 15.3p per share, for a total value of £9,987.99
Back in September, Filtronic announced a significant contract win with a top-tier global provider in the realm of low earth orbit satellite communications equipment. Filtronic said the contract, valued at $4.25m, pertained to the provision of its Cerus32 solid-state power amplifier module, complemented by a tailor-made control board.
As of 1410 BST, Filtroic shares were up 3.83% at 15.83p.
