Director dealings: Essentra chairman designate buys shares

(Sharecast News) - Essentra revealed on Thursday that chairman designate Steve Good had acquired 70,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed essential components manufacturer. Good, who snapped up the shares on Wednesday, made the purchase at an average price of 142.60p each, for a total value of £99,820.

As of 1645 BST, Essentra shares were up 1.40% at 145.0p.
