Director dealings: Energean CFO lowers stake via Adobelero
(Sharecast News) - Energean revealed on Thursday that chief financial officer Panagiotis Benos had disposed of 1.6m ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed exploration and production firm. Benos, who took over as CFO in 2011, disposed of the shares on Tuesday via Adobelero Holdings for an average price of 895.00p, for a total value of £14.31m.
Following the sale, Benos holds a beneficial interest in 2.35m ordinary Energean shares, representing approximately 1.28% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1535 BST, Energean shares were down 1.84% at 932.50p.
