(Sharecast News) - DSW Capital revealed on Wednesday that chief executive James Dow had acquired 148,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed professional services network operator.
Dow, who co-founded Dow Schofield Watts in 2002, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 53.0p each, for a total value of £78,440.
Following the transaction, Dow's total beneficial interest comprises 3.54m ordinary DSW shares, representing 16.2% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1615 GMT, DSW shares were up 2.02% at 54.58p.
