Director dealings: DSW Capital CEO raises stake
(Sharecast News) - DSW Capital revealed on Tuesday that chief executive James Dow had acquired 66,666 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed professional services firm. Dow, who co-founded the group in 2002, purchased the shares at an average price of 75.0p each, for a total value of £49,999.50.
Following the transaction, Dow holds an interest in 3.28m ordinary DSW shares, representing 15% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1625 GMT, DSW shares were up 2.37% at 75.24p.
