Director dealings: Dr Martens chief buys the dip, HICL board member invests

(Sharecast News) - Dr Martens was among those companies on the list of director buys on Monday, after its chief executive officer added more than 300,000 shares to his holding. The FTSE 250 bootmaker said Kenny Wilson bought 309,948 shares on 14 July, in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.

Wilson paid 129.0535p for each share, valuing the investment at a total of £399,998.74.

Elsewhere, HICL Infrastructure disclosed a purchase of more than 23,000 shares on Monday, made by one of its directors.

The company said Michael Bane picked up 23,500 shares on 13 July, also in a single transaction in London.

It said Bane paid 130.4p for each share, giving that transaction a gross value of £30,644.

There were no director share sales of note by the close on Monday afternoon.

At the close on Monday, shares on Dr Martens were down 0.38% at 132p, while those in HICL Infrastructure were off 0.31% at 129.6p.
