Director dealings: Dialight CFO takes up stake
(Sharecast News) - Dialight revealed on Tuesday that chief financial officer Mark Fryer had acquired 13,751 ordinary shares in the London-listed LED lighting business. Fryer, who was named as CFO in May, purchased the shares at an average price of 145.43p each, for a total value of £19,998.63.
As of 1550 BST, Dialight shares had surged 37.45% to 189.0p.
