(Sharecast News) - Darktrace revealed on Monday that chief executive Poppy Gustafsson had disposed of 75,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed cyber security company.
Gustafsson, who took over as CEO in October 2016, sold the shares on Friday at an average price of 360.0p each, for a total value of £269,999.99.
The total amount sold was less than 2% of Gustafsson's vested and unvested holdings in Darktrace.
As of 1600 GMT, Darktrace shares were down 0.54% at 350.50p.
