Director dealings: Croda secretary invests, Touchstone non-exec offloads option shares
(Sharecast News) - Croda International was on the list of director buys on Monday, after the company secretary picked up almost £50k worth of shares, The firm said Thomas Michael Brophy bought 919 shares on 12 June, in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.
Brophy paid 5,438p for each share, valuing the investment at a total of £49,975.22.
On the selling side of the ledger was Touchstone Exploration, after a non-executive director offloaded a portion of the shares picked up as part of a share option exercise.
The firm said Harrie Vredenburg acquired 80,000 shares through the exercise, at a price of 25 Canadian cents apiece, on 6 June.
Vredenburg then sold 27,920 shares on 9 June, in a single transaction on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
The director sold the shares for 101 Canadian cents each, valuing the sale at CAD 28,199 (£16,886).
At 1457 BST, shares in Croda International were up 3.41% at 5,454p, while those in Touchstone Exploration were down 0.98% at 58.42p.
