Director dealings: Creo Medical chairman raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Creo Medical revealed on Monday that chairman Kevin Crofton had acquired 1.17m ordinary shares in the London-listed medical device company. Crofton, who joined the board of Creo Medical in July 2024, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 17.02p each, for a total value of £200,606.85.
Following the transaction, Crofton holds a beneficial interest in 4.74m ordinary Creo shares, representing approximately 1.15% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1615 GMT, Creo shares were up 2.04% at 17.22p.
