(Sharecast News) - Craneware revealed on Wednesday that chairman Will Whitehorn had acquired 1,600 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed software firm.
Whitehorn, who took over as chairman in 2020, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 1,560.0p each, for a total value of £24,960.
Following the transaction, Whitehorn holds 4,589 ordinary Craneware shares, representing 0.013% of the company's issued share capital.
Back in September, Craneware reported significant gains across a number of financial metrics in its full-year results, positioning itself favourably for the upcoming year. Craneware posted a 5% rise in its annual revenue, taking the figure to $174.0m, while adjusted EBITDA also saw an upward swing of 6%, climbing to $54.9m.
As of 1500 BST, Craneware shares were up 3.24% at 1,595.0p.
