(Sharecast News) - On the list of director buys on Monday was CLS Holdings, after a £1.3m transaction was linked to its deputy chair.
The company said Creative Value Investment VII purchased 1,000,000 shares on 29 June, in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.
It paid 135.289p for each share, valuing the investment at £1,3521.890.
In its disclosure, CLS Holdings said Creative Value Investment VII is an investment vehicle of the Sten and Karin Mortstedt Family & Charity Trust.
It said it is also a 'person closely associated' with its non-executive director and deputy chair Anna Seeley under the regulations.
Elsewhere, Marks Electrical Group said its chief financial officer had added almost 26,000 shares to his holding.
The firm said Josh Egan picked up 25,569 of its shares in a single transaction in London on 30 June.
Egan paid 98.5375p for each share, valuing the transaction at a total of £25,195.05.
Following the investment, Marks Electrical said Josh Egan held a total of 95,000 of its ordinary shares.
At the close on Monday, shares in CLS Holdings were up 1.33% at 137p, while those in Marks Electrical Group were ahead 1.55% at 98.5p.
