(Sharecast News) - Chemring revealed on Tuesday that chief executive Michael Ord had disposed of 192,412 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed defence firm.
Ord, who took over as CEO in July 2018, sold the shares on Monday at an average price of 348.21p each, for a total value of £669,114.
Following the transaction, Ord retained an interest in 468,038 ordinary Chemring shares.
As of 1605 GMT, Chemring shares were up 0.87% at 349.0p.
