Director dealings: Capco non-exec linked to three share purchases

(Sharecast News) - Capital & Counties Properties was in the green on Monday afternoon, after three significant share purchases were linked to a non-executive director. The FTSE 250 firm said Jonathan Lane bought 18,000 shares into an ISA at 117.9p each, spending a total of £21,222.

At the same time, Kerry Lane - a "person closely associated" with Jonathan - also purchased 18,000 shares into an ISA at the same price.

Finally, Kerry Lane bought 64,000 shares for herself for the same 117.9p price, valuing that transaction at £75,456.

Following the purchases, Capco said Jonathan Lane and his closely associated persons had a total interest of 350,000 of its shares, representing 0.04% of its issued capital.

At the close on Monday, shares in Capital & Counties Properties were up 3.14% at 121.6p.
