Director dealings: Canal+, Optima Health executives acquire shares
(Sharecast News) - Among the director dealing disclosures reported to the London market on Friday were two detailing share acquisitions by senior executives at Canal+ and Optima Health. Maxime Saada, chairman of the management board and chief executive officer of Canal+, acquired a total of 1,154,000 ordinary shares in two transactions on 20 and 23 December.
On 20 December, Saada purchased 820,000 shares at a price of 193.999914p each, amounting to £1,590,799.29.
That was followed by the acquisition of 334,000 shares at 197.193088p apiece on 23 December, totaling £658,624.91.
Both transactions were conducted on the London Stock Exchange.
Elsewhere, Simon Arnold, a non-executive director of Optima Health, acquired 7,637 ordinary shares in the company on 24 December at a price of 143.89p each, for a total value of £10,999.88.
Following the transaction, the company said Arnold held a total of 20,451 shares, representing 0.02% of its issued share capital.
At the close on Friday, shares in Canal+ were up 1.78% at 194.7p, while those in Optima Health were flat at 142p.
