Director dealings: Cairn Homes chairman invests, OSB Group CEO sells
(Sharecast News) - Among the companies reporting insider transactions on Monday were Irish housebuilder Cairn Homes, and banking service provider OSB Group. Cairn Homes said its chairman Bernard Byrne purchased 100,000 shares in the company, spending €200,000 at a price of €2.00 per share.
The transaction took place on 8 May via Euronext Dublin.
OSB Group meanwhile said its chief executive Andy Golding sold 251,584 shares in the lender on 9 May.
The disposal, executed through a nominee account, was priced at 484.0364p per share, raising gross proceeds of just over £1.2m.
It said the sale was conducted on the London Stock Exchange.
At 1547 BST, shares in Cairn Homes were down 1.94% at 172p, while those in OSB Group were off 2.7% at 469.2p.
