Director dealings: Cadence Minerals CEO raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Cadence Minerals revealed on Thursday that chief executive Kiran Morzaria had acquired 733,867 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed investment and development firm. Morzaria, who took over as CEO of in 2015, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 4.40p each, for a total value of £32,290.15.

Following the transaction, Morzaria holds a beneficial interest in 6.16m ordinary Cadence Minerals shares, representing approximately 1.4% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1535 BST, Cadence shares were up 7.79% at 5.12p.
