Director dealings: Braemar CEO raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Braemar revealed on Monday that chief executive James Gundy had acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed shipbroker. Gundy, who took over as CEO in 2014, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 290.0p each, for a total value of £29,000.
Following the transaction, Gundy's total shareholding in Braemar now sits at 767,165.
As of 1610 GMT, Braemar shares were up 1.83% at 299.39p.
