Director dealings: BP Marsh CIO raises stake
(Sharecast News) - BP Marsh & Partners revealed on Thursday that chief investment officer Dan Topping had acquired 4,141 ordinary shares in the AIMI-listed specialist investor. Topping, who joined BP Marsh in February 2007, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 485.00p each, for a total value of £20,083.85.
Following the transaction, Topping holds a beneficial interest in 139,760 ordinary BP Marsh shares, representing approximately 0.44% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1620 GMT, BP Marsh shares were up 1.03% at 490.0p.
