Director dealings: Bluejay Mining's Roderick McIllree raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Bluejay Mining revealed on Friday that non-executive director Roderick McIllree had acquired 10.0m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed exploration and production company. McIllree, who joined Bluejay in June 2015, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 0.53p each, for a total value of £53,000.00.

Following the purchase, McIllree holds an interest in 78.99m ordinary Bluejay shares, representing approximately 6.61% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1640 GMT, Bluejay shares were up 7.38% at 0.60p.
