Director dealings: Bioventix CFO raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Bioventix revealed on Thursday that chief financial officer Bruce Hiscock had acquired 333 ordinary shares in the London-listed antibodies development and supply company. Hiscock, who took over as CFO in 2020, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 3,330.0p each, for a total value of £9,990.
Following the transaction, Hiscock holds 1,089 ordinary Bioventix shares, representing approximately 0.01% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1610 GMT, Bioventix shares were up 8.09% at 3,675.0p.
