(Sharecast News) - Among the director dealings disclosed to the market in London on Thursday were purchases involving shares in Big Technologies and RM.
Big Technologies reported share purchases by three senior executives.
Chief executive officer Ian Johnson acquired 47,750 shares at £1.02 each, marking his first direct holding in the company, while chief financial officer Mike Johns bought 4,901 shares.
The company's chief operating officer Charles Lewinton added 14,705 shares to his existing stake, bringing his total interest to 802,501 shares, or 0.27% of voting rights.
RM meanwhile disclosed purchases by its chief executive officer Mark Cook and his "closely associated person", Lyn Cook.
Mark Cook acquired a total of 21,940 shares across two transactions between 16 and 19 May, for a combined value of £21,788.50.
On 19 May, Lyn Cook purchased 36,133 shares at 99.02p each, totalling £35,778.90.
At 1407 BST, shares in Big Technologies were down 0.62% at 103.36p, while those in RM were off 0.26% at 97.5p.
