Director dealings: Barratt Redrow CFO raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Barratt Redrow revealed on Thursday that chief financial officer Mike Scott had acquired 4,750 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed housebuilder. Scott, who joined the board of Barratt Redrow in December 2021, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 435.76p each, for a total value of £20,698.79.

Following the transaction, Scott held a beneficial interest in 86,427 ordinary Barratt Redrow shares.

As of 1620 BST, Barratt Redrow shares were up 1.23% at 444.0p.
