Director dealings: BAE Systems' Tom Arseneault makes share sale
(Sharecast News) - BAE Systems revealed on Wednesday that Tom Arseneault, chief executive of its US division, had disposed of 23,627 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed arms, security, and aerospace company. Arseneault, who took over as CEO of BAE Systems Inc in December 2019, sold the shares on Monday at an average price of 920.19p each, for a total value of £217,413.28
As of 1615 GMT, BAE shares were up 1.18% at 957.60p.
