(Sharecast News) - BAE Systems revealed on Wednesday that chair Cressida Hogg had acquired 13,698 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed weapons manufacturer.
Hogg, who was appointed as chair of BAE in May 2023, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 1,319.75p each, for a total value of £180,779.36.
As of 1640 GMT, BAE shares were up 0.75% at 1,337.50p.
