(Sharecast News) - Audioboom revealed on Thursday that chairman Michael Tobin had acquired 5,554 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed podcast maker.
Tobin, who took over as chairman in August 2018, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 420.0p each, for a total value of £23,326.80.
Following the purchase, Tobin holds 735,100 ordinary shares in the company, representing approximately 4.5% of Audioboom's issued share capital.
As of 1610 BST, Audioboom shares were down 2.41% at 393.30p.
