Director dealings: Audioboom chairman makes share purchase

(Sharecast News) - Audioboom revealed on Tuesday that chairman Michael Tobin had acquired 4,380 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed podcasting business. Tobin, who joined the board of Audioboom in 2018, purchased the shares at an average price of 510.0p each, for a total value of £22,338.

Following the transaction, Tobin holds a beneficial interest in 839,380 ordinary Audioboom shares, representing approximately 5.1% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1625 BST, Audioboom shares had surged 10.54% to 226.60p.
