Director dealings: Audioboom CEO makes share purchase
(Sharecast News) - Audioboom Group revealed on Friday that chief executive Stuart Last had acquired 4,827 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed podcast company. Last, who was appointed to the role of CEO back in 2019, purchased the shares at an average price of 425.0p each, for a total value of £20,514.75.
Following the transaction, Last holds 34,872 ordinary shares in the company, representing approximately 0.2% of Audioboom's issued share capital.
As of 1610 GMT, Audioboom shares had sunk 18.48% to 401.50p.
