Director dealings: Atome chairman raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Atome revealed on Thursday that chairman Peter Levine had acquired 4.75m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed advanced fertiliser developer. Levine, the single largest Atome shareholder, purchased the shares at an average price of 60p each, for a total value of £2.85m.

Following the transaction, Levine holds a beneficial interest in 19.51m ordinry Atome shares, representing approximately 26.04% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1555 BST, Atome shares were down 0.09% at 60.94p.
