Director dealings: Argentex chairman raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Argentex revealed on Wednesday that chairman Nigel Railton had acquired 693,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed currency management and payment solutions provider. Railton, who was named as chairman back in May, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 30.94p each, for a total value of £214,430.14.
Following the transaction, Railton holds a beneficial interest in 1.27m ordinary Argentex shares, representing approximately 1.06% of the company's issued share capital.
As of 1620 GMT, Argentex shares were up 8.14% at 31.90p.
