Director dealings: Alumasc board members snap up shares
(Sharecast News) - Alumasc revealed on Tuesday that chairman Vijay Thakrar, chief executive Pamela Bingham and chief financial officer Simon Dray had all acquired 25,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed building and engineering products supplier. Thakrar, Bingham and Dray purchased the stock on Monday at an average price of 240p each, for a total value of £60,000 per person.
Following the transactions, Thakrar holds a beneficial interest in 75,000 ordinary Alumasc shares, while Dray has 129,312 ordinary shares and Bingham just the newly acquired 25,000.
As of 1445 BST, Alumasc shares were up 2.04% at 250p.
