Director dealings: AG Barr execs invest, TT Electronics chair sells entire stake
(Sharecast News) - Shares in AG Barr were in focus on an otherwise quiet day in London for insider disclosures, after a group of senior executives reported modest share purchases under the company's all-employee share ownership plan. Chief executive Euan Sutherland, chief finance and operating officer Stuart Lorimer, chief legal and sustainability officer Julie Barr, chief people officer Alison Gowen and chief supply chain officer Karl Donnan all acquired ordinary shares on 8 January at a price of 616.967p per share, alongside allocations of matching free shares.
The transactions resulted in aggregated purchases of between 36 and 38 shares per executive, with total consideration ranging from £148.07 to £154.24, and were conducted on the London Stock Exchange.
At TT Electronics, chairman and non-executive director Warren Tucker sold his entire shareholding through two transactions on 8 January.
Tucker disposed of 48,445 shares at 109.4p per share and a further 44,532 shares at 110.5p apiece, giving an aggregated sale of 92,977 shares at an average price of 109.9p.
Following the disposals, his resultant interest in the company fell to zero, according to the notification.
