Director dealings: 1Spatial CFO makes share purchase

(Sharecast News) - 1Spatial revealed on Wednesday that chief financial officer Stuart Ritchie had acquired 17,700 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed software and solutions firm. Ritchie, who took over as CFO in December 2022, purchased the shares at an average price of 56.00p each, for a total value of £9,912.00.

Following the transaction, Ritchie holds approximately 0.02% of the voting share capital of 1Spatial.

As of 1630 GMT, 1Spatial shares were up 4.05% at 57.75p.
