Director dealings: Trufin CEO raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Trufin revealed on Monday that chief executive James van den Bergh had acquired 150,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed software firm.

Van den Bergh, who took over as CEO in 2018, purchased the shares on Thursday and Friday at an average price of 94.4p each, for a total value of £141,550.

Following the purchase, Van den Bergh holds a beneficial interest in 416,305 ordinary Trufin shares, representing approximately 0.77% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1535 BST, Trufin shares were up 1.68% at 97p.
