Director dealings: Midwich CFO takes up stake

(Sharecast News) - Midwich revealed on Tuesday that chief financial officer Adam Councell had acquired 74,586 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed technology solutions provider. Councell, who was appointed CFO in March 2026, purchased the shares at an average price of 166.75p each, for a total value of £124,375.14.

As of 1540 BST, Midwich shares were up 3.85% at 178p.
