Our cash accounts pay interest on a monthly basis. The current interest rates can be found here.

A number of fund providers have temporarily suspended dealing of shares in their funds. The funds affected are:

  • Liontrust Russia C Acc
  • Liontrust Russia Fund A Acc
  • Pictet Russian Equities I GBP Acc
  • JPM Emerging Europe Equity A Acc
  • JPM Emerging Europe Equity C Net Acc
  • JPM Emerging Europe Equity C Net Income
  • Schroder ISF Emerging Europe AV
  • Jupiter Emerg Eurpn Opportunities I Acc
  • Jupiter Emerging European Opportun L Acc
  • ASI Eastern European Equity Fund I Acc
  • ASI Eastern European Equity Fund A Acc
  • Barings Eastern Europe Fund I GBP Acc
  • HSBC MSCI Russia Capped ETF
  • iShares MSCI Russia ADR/GDR ETF
  • iShares MSCI Eastern Eurp Cp ETF USD Dist

Customers are currently unable to buy or sell shares in these funds. Further information will be provided once available.

The fund providers have suspended these funds due to the current situation in Ukraine.

A number of funds have also been suspended for buys by Fidelity:

  • iShares EM Dividend ETF USD Dist
  • JPMorgan Russian Securities Ord
  • Fidelity Emerging Europe, Middle East & Africa Fund

If you have a regular savings plan paying to any of these funds then we will continue to collect those payments but deposit them as cash in your account. Regular withdrawal plans will stop, and any income you receive from these funds will no longer be automatically re-invested but will be paid into your cash account instead.

To check the progress of your transfer, you will need to log in to your Fidelity account. From here select 'Manage investments' and then 'Track your transfer'.

This will show you the status of your transfer and whether any action is required by you or your other provider. It will also indicate the month the transfer is expected to complete. Pension re-registration transfers cannot currently be tracked online. ISA and Investment Account transfers can take on average 8 weeks to complete, and pensions can take on average 12 weeks.

The Cash Management Account will be available to pay your fees for ISAs and Investment Accounts under your sole name. It's not available for accounts held under joint names or Junior accounts. Please note, adding money to the Cash Management Account doesn't affect your tax allowance for ISAs.

The Cash Management Account currently pays interest on an annual basis. The current rate can be found here.

To set up a new RSP, you will need to log in to your online account or go back to your account summary. From here select 'Manage investments' from the top of the page and 'Regular savings plan'. Here, you select 'Create' and then follow the instructions to set up a new plan.
