Investment objective

The fund manager seek to grow the Fund (through increases in investment value and income) by 2% per year more than the Consumer Price Index (CPI) over a rolling 5-year period, after deducting fees and costs, by investing in a diversified range of different asset classes including (but not limited to) shares and bonds.. A minimum of 50% of the Fund will be invested in other collective investment schemes. Up to a maximum of 50% of the Fund, may be invested in funds managed or operated by Sarasin or its associates. Through these investments, the Fund will indirectly be exposed to a range of diversified asset classes including shares, bonds alternative investments and cash. The Fund may invest up to a maximum of 50% in these asset classes directly.
