The Sub-Fund’s investment objective is to provide, over the long-term (i.e., a period of over 5 years), a total return, which is driven primarily by high income generation. The Sub-Fund invests at least 80% of its assets in Bonds, such as government bonds, high yield corporate bonds and investment grade corporate bonds from around the world, including Emerging Markets. These Bonds will be denominated in USD and various national currencies (including Emerging Markets currencies). The proportion of securities held by the Sub-Fund within each asset class and geography will vary with market conditions and the Investment Adviser’s assessment of their relative attractiveness as investment opportunities whilst balancing potential income generation and risk, in order to build a well-diversified portfolio of securities to meet the Sub-Fund’s objective.
