Investment objective
The investment objectives of the Fund are to achieve long-term growth of capital and income. The Fund invests primarily in common stocks, most of which have a history of paying dividends. The Fund’s equity investments are generally limited to securities of companies that are included on its eligible list. In addition, the Fund may invest up to 5% of its assets, at the time of purchase, in securities of companies that are not included on its eligible list.

Jim began his career at Capital as a participant in The Associates Program, a two-year series of work assignments in various areas of the organization. He holds a bachelor's degree with honors in philosophy from Swarthmore College.

Prior to joining Capital, he worked for BTM Capital, a subsidiary of the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi in Boston.
