Investment objective
The investment objective of the Fund is to replicate the performance of the MSCI World Index (the “Index”), while minimising as far as possible the tracking error between the Fund’s performance and that of the Index. The Index is a market-capitalisation weighted index designed to measure the performance of the large and mid cap companies of the world’s developed equity markets, as determined by the Index Provider.n seeking to achieve its investment objective, the Fund will use optimization techniques which take account of tracking error and trading costs when constructing a portfolio. Consequently, the Fund may not hold each of the underlying Index constituents or hold Index constituents close to their Index weights.
