Investment objective

The investment objective of the Fund is to provide investors with both income and long-term capital appreciation. In seeking to achieve its investment objective the Fund intends to invest in a portfolio of primarily global (which may include emerging markets, however emerging market exposure is not expected to exceed 20% of the Net Asset Value of the Fund) equity securities, issued by companies deriving a significant proportion of their business (at least 50% of revenues) from the financing, development, construction and operation of real assets including infrastructure and real estate.
