Investment objective
The investment objective of the Fund is to replicate the performance of the MSCI Europe Islamic Universal ESG Screened Index (the “Index”), which provides investors the opportunity to gain exposure to large- and mid-cap companies across 15 Developed Markets countries that comply with Shariah investment principles while integrating environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) metrics, while minimising as far as possible the tracking error between the Fund’s performance and that of the Index. The Index is constructed from the MSCI Europe Islamic Index.
