Investment objective
The Fund aims to provide an income yield of 4% net of fees with a secondary objective to achieve capital growth over a rolling 5 year period. The Fund will invest in global real estate via publicly traded securities (listed) on stock exchanges in developed markets (meaning North America, Western Europe and Asia Pacific), primarily Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Investment Trusts and Closed-Ended Funds.

Nick Scullion is the Head of Foresight Capital Management and is responsible for investment decisions, fund management and the growth of Foresight’s open-ended fund business. Nick joined Foresight in 2017 and has 9 years' experience in fund management, capital markets and corporate finance. Nick spent almost two years in Foresight's New Product Development team where he was responsible for the development of new business undertakings, from concept to execution, across a variety of sectors including infrastructure, private equity, project finance and venture capital. Prior to joining Foresight, Nick worked at EY as a Transaction Advisor where he focused on M&A and corporate strategy. He has also worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture focusing on corporate banking.
