Investment objective

The objective of the Fund is to track the performance of the FTSE 350 Index (the “Benchmark Index”) on a net total return basis before fees and expenses are applied. Therefore, the Fund’s performance may differ from the Benchmark Index due to the deduction of fees and expenses and the impact of any tracking error factors. The Fund will invest at least 90% in assets (directly or through depositary receipts) that are included in the Benchmark Index. The Fund will generally hold assets directly but can use depositary receipts (such as American depositary receipts and global depositary receipts) to gain exposure such as when the direct asset cannot be held or is not available. The Benchmark Index consists of shares of the 350 largest companies on the UK stock market in accordance with the index provider’s methodology. Such shares in companies are from all economic sectors.
